The Hourglass project was an exceptionally special project for Senta because it allowed us to bring to life an idea we had been dreaming about for three years.
In collaboration with contractor Byldis and Dam & Partners Architects, we developed Prefab 5.0;
an innovative prefab system that offers unmatched design freedom in the use of all types and sizes of natural stone while retaining the advantages (ventilation and the ability to replace individual stones) of traditional installation.
Prefab 5.0 proved to be the correct method; the traditional natural stone installation technique was used for the prefabricated element, but this was carried out in a mold at the factory.
